Seasons of Life
I spent most of my forties developing a public television series and audio/video college course that explores human development from the beginning of life to the end. Seasons of Life was eventually funded by the Annenberg/CPB Project and produced by WQED/Pittsburgh and the University of Michigan. Among the awards it received was the National Excellence in Media Award from the American Psychological Association and the CINE Golden Eagle.
The television portion of Seasons of Life is hosted by David Hartman, formerly of ABC's "Good Morning, America." It consists of 5 one-hour programs:
1. Infancy and Early Childhood
2. Childhood and Adolescence
3. Early Adulthood
4. Middle Adulthood
5. Late Adulthood
These programs can be viewed online at Annenberg Learner. You will need to sign in, but there are no fees of any kind. Annenberg also makes a DVD available for purchase.
